Santo Correnti Homes is proudly owned and operated by residential builder Santo Correnti, who has been in the construction industry since 1976.  Successfully based in South East Queensland, Santo has helped many happy owner occupiers build their dream home and assisted many investors secure fantastic investments in growth areas.  Santo prides himself as being a perfectionist and over the years has been associated with Correnti Constructions & Correnti Homes.

We care about you, and as a small privately owned company we can provide all our owner occupiers and investors with personalised attention from initial consultation to handing you the keys upon completion.  Our staff and subcontractors are all very professional in their field, and it is our guarantee that you will be well informed of the building process from start to finish.

For our owner occupiers we pride ourselves in building what you want for a fixed price contract.  All our homes are priced with full turn key inclusions so you can move in, put your furniture down and your feet up.  We also build duplexes, townhouses and carry out renovations.

And investors... don't get left behind!  Santo Correnti Homes builds in estates selectively chosen for their capital growth.  We can provide you with house and land packages in a number of areas including Waterford, Springfield Lakes, Caboolture, Wynnum, Coomera and throughout the booming Brisbane to Gold Coast corridor.
