Santo Correnti - Owner / Director

Santo Correnti has always loved building and is passionately fulfilling his dream through his company, Santo Correnti Homes.  Since his introduction to the construction industry in 1976, Santo has more than exceed the his expectations from the companies accomplishments.

Santo prides himself as being a perfectionist and is passionate about building affordable, practical homes for clients while being considerate of environmental concerns and sustainable urban development.

Santo is an avid supporter of the "School for Work Program" offered within the Defin Estates and about helping train young people as he is concerned about the lack of trade apprenticeships available throughout Australia. "It is a good feeling to spend the extra time and money that it takes to train up these young apprentices," says Santo. "It's really important for organisations like ours to help provide apprenticeships to train and provide employment for the youth of Queensland and help alleviate the massive skills shortage that we are facing in this industry."

Leanne Kingsman - Sales and Marketing Director

Since the conception of Santo Correnti Homes, Leanne has been the driving force behind all company marketing and promotion. Leanne has contributed enormously to building the excellent reputation that the company has today.

Leanne specialises in designing a home that perfectly suits the client's required lifestyle & more importantly their budget whilst taking into consideration the type of block selected by the client, and all estate covenant requirements.  She can also advise on colour choices and is HIA GreenSmart Accredited.

Ian Roelofs - Construction Supervisor

As construction supervisor for Santo Correnti Homes, Ian is responsible for the supervision of all aspects throughtout the building process.

Ian has been involved in the Building and Shop Fitting industry for 25 years and prides himself on his attention to detail.

Ian's friendly manner and patience, yet efficient approach results in clients, staff, contractors and suppliers alike all finding Ian a pleasure to deal with.

Chris Abberton - Head Foreman

Chris has worked in the building industry for over 20 years, and enjoys supervising and training his construction team. Chris worked for P K Sand Homes from 1991 to 2000 and has been working with Santo Correnti for over 7 years.

Chris' passion has always been building and he has always wanted to work in this industry. Chris believes that to do a job properly, it is important to not only be efficient but accurate too, and takes pride in his work and the work of his team.

Chris is more than happy to take the time to talk to clients to make sure they're getting exactly what they require and takes pleasure from seeing clients' satisfaction in their new home or investment property.

Elizabeth Klok - Office Manager

Elizabeth is an experienced office manager who is responsible for keeping the accounts and administration in order in the Santo Correnti Homes head office in Paradise Waters.

Elizabeth liases with clients on a daily basis, taking time to explain the ins and outs of progress draws, contracts, insurance and other building matters that may be of concern. This provides clients of Santo Correnti Homes with peace of mind and a clear idea of the building process.

Pamela Hardie - Investment Construction Co-ordinator

Pamela's role at Santo Correnti Homes involves the Construction Co-ordination of our investment division as well as assisting investors by way of finding suitable land & house designs for their portfolio.

Originally from Tasmania, Pamela has worked in real estate on the Gold Coast for over 7 years and looks forward to assisting many investors increase their capital growth in South East Queensland.
